has been created by the Swedish Business Community
in Indonesia. The purpose is to represent the Swedish
business community in Indonesia.
Also to be a first place to contact
the Swedish Business Community and to provide information
about their businesses in Indonesia.

The registered place of business of the Association
shall be c/o Embassy of Sweden, Menara Rajawali, 9th
Floor, Jl. Mega Kuningan Lot # 5.1, Kawasan Mega Kuningan,
Jakarta 12950 or at such other address as from time
to time may be determined by the Board and approved
by the Registrar of Societies.
OBJECTIVES

The objectives of the Association shall be :
a. To provide a forum on an organised continuing basis
of Swedish organisations and their principals as well
as Indonesian and other nationals who are senior executives
of Swedish companies, which can identify examine and
discuss matters of common interest affecting economic,
industrial and commercial objectives of its members.
b. To advise Swedish companies who are either already
established and doing business in Indonesia or intend
to do business in Indonesia.
c. To advise Swedish companies established elsewhere
that intend to invest in Indonesia.d. To advise in promoting trade, investment, finance
and industry between Sweden and Indonesia.
e. To be the representative of the Swedish Business
Community in the European Indonesian Association (EIA).
f. To facilitate by lawful means the exchange of views
and information between Swedish companies and other
companies of firms doing business in Indonesia in which
there is a direct or indirect Swedish interest.
